Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The purchaser is responsibble for return shipping costs. We recommend using insured parcel post for your return as The Craftshops Mall cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns. Items which are returned in unused and as-new condition and in the original undamaged packaging will be accepted for return and full refund. We guarantee your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your return package with the items in original condition.
