• Techniques: Uses full cross stitches, specialty stitches, fractional stitches (half or quarter stitches), and detailed backstitch. Might include beads.

We use Australia Post for both domestic and international shipping.

We offer Australia Post shipping rates on all purchases sent to addresses within Australia. 

We charge standard Australia Post parcel and large letter rate based upon the total weight of the items shipped for international orders. 

Australian addresses:

The Craftshops Mall will ship your package within one business day of receiving payment for your order. You will receive a confirmation email and a tracking number when your package has been shipped. Delivery is expected to take approximately 7 business days within Australia but may take a little longer the delivery address is in a remote location.

International addresses:

Tracking:

Each order shipped from The Craftshops Mall will have a tracking number.

You should receive this number in an email confirmation when the parcel is marked as shipped in our system.

It might take up to 24 hours for your parcel to register in the Australia post system.

Shipping Address Errors:

Kindly take extra care to ensure that your postal address details are correct as postage charges on items which are returned to us due to errors cannot be refunded.

Send a gift voucher to a friend who loves sewing, needlework, patchwork, or craft. Perfect for Birthday, Christmas, or any occasion. Select the value. Send by email. Enclose a message. Our gift vouchers do not have expiry dates.

Returns:

The Craftshops Mall will accept returned goods, in as-new condition and in their original undamaged packaging, for refund or replacement within 60 days of the date of delivery. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. The purchaser is responsible for return shipping costs.

We recommend using insured parcel post for your return as The Craftshops Mall cannot accept responsibility for lost, misdirected, or damaged returns. Items which are returned in unused and as-new condition and in the original undamaged packaging will be accepted for return and full refund. 

We guarantee your refund will be processed within 2 business days of receipt of your return package with the items in original condition. Refunds will be paid back into the Stripe or Paypal account used to make the original purchase. Email confirmation of your refund will be sent to the email address you provided.
